With over 16 years of experience as Director and Teacher at C&K Lowood Kindergarten, Lisa is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment. Passionate about unlocking each child’s potential, she creates engaging and intellectually stimulating experiences that inspire a love of learning. Lisa is committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with families, believing that a child's success is rooted in partnership. A strong advocate for inclusion, she ensures every child receives a high-quality, personalized education. Lisa believes all children, regardless of background or abilities, have the right to thrive in an environment that recognizes and nurtures their unique strengths. Throughout her career, Lisa remains committed to professional development, staying current with best practices in early childhood education. With over 25 years of experience in the education field, and 3 years at Lowood Kindy, Shannan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Having worked across a variety of settings, she is adept at tailoring her approach to meet the diverse needs of every child. A passionate advocate for empowering children through autonomy, Shannan believes that fostering independence is essential to their growth and development. She is also deeply committed to inclusion, ensuring that all children receive meaningful and equitable learning opportunities.
With just over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Nicky is also part of a multi-generational family that has been deeply connected to the Kindy. In her role as Teacher Support, she plays a crucial part in fostering cohesion within the Kindy community. Driven by a strong sense of community ethos, Nicky is committed to ensuring the Kindy remains connected to the wider community. She takes great joy in witnessing children grow and develop into the best versions of themselves, nurturing their potential every step of the way.

Jade joined our team this year, bringing extensive experience from a variety of early childhood settings. As a parent whose children have attended C&K Kindergartens, she understands first-hand the value of quality early childhood education. In her role as Inclusion Support Assistant, Jade is deeply committed to ensuring every child receives the support they need to reach their full potential. She is passionate about fostering an inclusive environment, working closely with children and families to help them thrive. Jade's dedication to empowering children and supporting their growth makes her a vital part of our team.

Claire joined our team this year, transitioning from a dedicated Kindy parent to a valued member of our staff. In her role as Inclusion Support, she brings a strong commitment to ensuring every child is seen, heard, and supported in their unique journey. Her passion for inclusion drives her to work closely with both children and their families, creating an environment where each child’s individuality is celebrated and nurtured. With a deep love for reading and dancing, Claire actively incorporates these interests into her work, using them as tools to inspire creativity, build confidence, and foster a love of learning. Her dedication to empowering children and supporting their growth, combined with her ability to connect with each child on a personal level, makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
